Collections Specialist

Responsibilities for this role include the following:

• Communicate with past due customers
• Monitor aging reports
• Research and respond to customer inquiries
• Answer inbound calls
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with invoicing

??? Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

??? 2+ years of prior high volume collections experience

??? Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

??? Experience using accounting software
