Marketing Communications Specialist

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Create and write content for multiple channels such as website, digital, social media, and print to increase presence in respective markets, identified growth areas, and recruiting.
• Collaborate with staff to position VAA as technical experts through content marketing efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations on content angels to engage audiences and support department's editorial calendar.
• Ensure brand voice and guidelines are followed across the organization to reflect corporate culture and values.
• Own clients online profile by influencing content strategy that aligns with the corporate strategic plan, enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and content publishing guidelines.
• Build upon existing positive company reputation using digital and print media to promote corporate wellness programs and community outreach efforts.
• Create marketing materials (project sheets, corporate resumes) for business development staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience developing written content and familiar with editorial content management - researching, writing marketing collateral, thought leadership, website copy, and social media posts.
• 5+ yeas of experience with digital marketing
• 3+ years of experience managing social media
• Relevant work experience in marketing or communications role
