Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Entry Level Experience

MDM Rubicon is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).Starting Pay for day/evening positions: $12.60/hour.Full and Part-time positions availableSet/consistent schedule, flexibility available.Opportunities to grow withinContinuous trainingProfit-sharing and bonusesBenefits such as dental, vision, and a 401(K) with a company match!As a Direct Support Professional, or "DSP", at MDM Rubicon Inc., you will play an active role in these individuals' lives and make a difference within them.Daily assistance may include:daily domestic activities (such as administering medication, grocery shopping, meal planning, laundry, and other housework),transport activities (such as to and from medical appointments), andgrowth-oriented activities (such as helping clients to build effective skills for problem-solving, communication, and independence).Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalentBe at least 18 years of age.Meet and/or exceed all performance and attendance standards.Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.Safe, reliable, and insured vehicle for work use during each shift.Background clearance as required by the DHS and BCA.Must have basic computer skills.Good communication skillsPositive attitudeGood Attendance - DependableDSP experience desired, but NOT required.This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.At MDM Rubicon, we believe in new beginnings.
