An Electrical Engineer to work closely with an integrated team of project engineers, architects, and interior designers to develop plans and specifications for a variety of exciting project types in commercial, higher education, science, and technology.
Required:
BSEE
EIT Certification
2+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer at an MEP or Design/Build firm
Proficiency using Revit
Proficiency using AutoCAD
Preferred:
Designers License/Professional Engineers License
Specialty certifications (LEED, WELL, RCDD, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Design and Document Electrical Power, Lighting, and Fire Alarm Systems using an integrated and collaborative approach alongside architects, interior designers, and engineers.
Produce electrical drawings and specifications for all phases of design, from pre-design to construction administration.
Assist with power calculations, equipment circuiting, lighting illuminance calculations, and product selection.
Assist with construction administration including working with contractors, site visits, and observations reports.
Client Care and Communication
Quality control and ownership of work performed.
Candidate can be located in Madison or Milwaukee, WI
Salary Range 65k-75k
