Our ideal candidate has experience as a data integrity analyst who can research and develop flat rate systems for standard service pricing to create service quotes.

The Repair Options Analyst is based out of our corporate office in Fargo, ND. Fargo is in the top 10 best places to live according to Livability magazine (2020) and it's easy to see why. What you will be working on
  • Analyze available data to create standard pricing for jobs, repair options, flat rate exchange variances, service quotes, and maintenance programs.
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
  • Conduct audits to ensure we maintain standard pricing for repairs and products
  • Work with sales, product support, and management team members to share knowledge as well as standardize jobs, service pricing, and service quotes
  • Works within, and promotes, the vision, mission, and values of Butler Machinery.


Our ideal candidate will
  • Be able to gather and interpret data to write and prepare written materials
  • Have experience in customer support with technical teams
  • Can interact in a professional manner with peers
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience in quoting service-related work
  • Should be detail orientated and able to identify issues relating to repair options
  • Possess an understanding of basic service department accounting methods
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in the company service system after training
  • Be proficient MS Office and related software
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
