Sales Support Specialist - $50-55k/yr.

The Sales Support Specialist manages incoming orders, facilitates, and enters them into our ERP manufacturing system. This position also provides sales support to the Sales Managers, Regional Sales Manager team, Inside Sales team as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with preparing bid packages
• Maintain contract reporting requirements and requests with clients
• Provide sales support to the field sales team and in-direct sales partners
• Understand various pricing strategies for customer accounts
• Prepare and manage pricing lists
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from dealers, clients, and sales team
• Maintain and record all customer and project related interactions in Salesforce
• Various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to multitask, reacting quickly and calmly to unexpected
• Ability to listen effectively and provide feedback.
• Collaboration, ability to work productively with others to create positive outcomes/solutions.
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to communicate across all customer levels.
• Excellent written skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
