Primary Location: United States (US)- North Dakota - Fargo Function: Product EngineeringTitle: Electronic Design Engineer- 75165 Your Responsibilities As an Electronic Design Engineerfor ISG located in Fargo, ND, you will: Executedesign solutions to complex problems. Produceand/or evaluatepossible design solutions for electronic assemblies to improve cost, quality and performance based on electronic design knowledge of engineering applications together with the involvement of manufacturing, mechanical, software and other functional engineers, supply management and supplier personnel. Create, analyze, readand understandtechnical requirements written by others to determine the best technical solution for complex problems or projects of moderate scope. Developand/or executetest or analysis plan for product verification and validation. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What Skills You Need Experience in electronics circuit design. Experience comprehending microprocessor-based embedded electronic, software, and mechanical packaging designs and requirements. Experience comprehending testing, manufacturing, quality control, and marketing requirements. Experience showing good written and verbal communication skills. What Makes You Stand Out Experience with Pspice or other circuit simulation tool Experience with Mentor Graphics or other schematic capture tools Experience with designing to harsh environmental specifications Experience with MathCAD Experience with 32-bit microprocessors Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering program What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
