This position is a full-time, regular, benefit-eligible position. 

The Director of Human Resources, under the direction of the VP and General Counsel, provides leadership and oversight to the Office of Human Resources. This position is responsible for the general management of HR functions and personnel, process coordination and supervision, coordinates HR functions with SDSU departmental personnel, ensures HR alignment with strategic planning, adherence to policy, procedure, and applicable regulatory provisions, and performs conflict of interest reviews and other HR transactions.
