What You'll Do

As an Environmental Department Manager - Due Diligence, you strive to lead both your team and your profits. You are comfortable in steel toed boots in the field, as well as in high level meetings with suits and ties. Environmental geologists, engineers, and project managers look to you for mentoring both technically and in building client relationships. You know how to set the bar high and not only achieve that goal yourself - but bring others along with you. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:

* Leading well, being a teambuilder and making decisions skillfully

* Conducting environmental site assessments (ESAs) - Phase I and II
* Assessing hazardous materials
* Responsible for:
* Limited Site Assessments
* Transaction Screen Assessments
* Desktop Reviews

* Managing a profitable P&L

* Managing personnel and resources

* Strong marketing and business development skills

What We're Looking For

* BS in Geology or a discipline related to Environmental Science; MS preferred

* 10+ years of Geology, Environmental Engineering or related experience

* Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license would go a long way
