ServiceNow Developer

Brooksource is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join Oshkosh Corporation's ServiceNow Service Delivery team in the development of a citizen development program. This individual will help migrate workflows and build out capabilities with Catalog Builder and Flow Designer. Along with strong development experience, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work with the team's Architects, Business Analysts, and Administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Write/create customer business rules, client scripts, script include, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts.
• Develop applications & solutions with highly responsive UI for mobile and web-based environments within the ServiceNow platform.
• Interact with business analysts to transform business requirements from wireframes into technical requirements for fully realized applications.
• Support and integrations to third party applications that connect into the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset.
• ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping configuration, customization, and implementation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development, Information Technology, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development, experience in information system implementation or change efforts.
• Experience working with software design principals and ability to develop based on provided functional specifications.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external entities to analyze and problem solve.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
