Call Center Customer Service Representative

Robert Half Talent Solutions has a great opportunity for an articulate, detail oriented Customer Service Representative for a large client located in the South Metro. This position is in a call center and does require an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be able to take anywhere from 50 - 80 inbound calls daily and provide thoughtful and articulate answers to their clients. You will need to maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsibilities include:

• Receive and place telephone calls
• Handle all customer emails and help desk requests
• Assist with questions Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion
• Follow issues through to a final resolution and hold communication with customers
• Assist with various projects assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor

• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Ability to interact effectively with partners, clients and customers
• Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve inquiries
• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with integrity
