Assets under management will include trust and agency relationships. Qualified individual will provide expert advice and counsel with respect to agriculture properties. This will include crop enterprise analysis, lease analysis/negotiations. Individual will be required to retain, develop and grow the farm assets under management. Successful Asset Manager must have the ability to market farm management services. Agriculture background is essential along with a desire to continue education to include trust and estate planning practices.Basic QualificationsFive to eight years of experience with three or more years in farm management or professional agriculture related business such as: agronomy sales, ag equipment sales, extension agent or agriculture lendingPreferred Skills/ExperienceStrong new business marketing skillsAbility to construct and analyze crop enterprise budgets, working knowledge of legal documentation, manage complex real estate issues.Outgoing personality with a willingness to continue education and grow management responsibilitiesAbility to work independently within a national team of related professionalsAdvanced knowledge of farm real estate portfolio management and asset risk analysisProven new business development skillsProlific analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify and resolve day to day management issuesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong ability to negotiateWell-developed client relationship management skillsBenefits:Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
