Summary

This role is for a Site Engineer to join an established Construction and Engineering company here in Milwaukee. This role would involve being on site at their industrial locations nationally.

Description

They are a field-oriented company, going to be out on job sites a lot. Site Engineers are not doing the on-site labor obviously, but they are out there talking to supers, talking to foreman, talking to engineers, etc. Their projects are all over the US.

Will assist in managing industrial sites nationally.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or another Engineering discipline with an emphasis on Construction Management.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and "think on your feet."
  • High level of self-motivation and strong initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must have strong follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and good attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel).
  • Ability to travel up to 100%.
  • Any industrial experience preferred

Job Offer

  • A competitive base salary between $65,000-$85,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
