The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging®, Inc. (MNRAAA) has a new position with the Senior LinkAge Line® available.
The Community Living Specialist will provide comprehensive, clear, and objective information and assistance to older adults and their family members. Some positions include providing education and outreach to community groups, providers and individuals. Candidate must be able to work from a home office and live in one of the 27 counties of MNRAAA's service area.
Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, nursing, or related human service field is required for both positions. Candidates must have experience in care coordination or case management AND previous relevant employment experience at a long-term care facility, assisted living, hospital, home care or lead agency. Degree in social work or nursing requires licensure or demonstrated progress/intent on securing licensure. Hourly range for these positions is $18 to $25 per hour plus great benefits!
