Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new projects or programs, expansion or improvement of current programs.
- Holds primary accountability for leading senior-level projects, coordinating and collaborating with staff within their assigned division and other divisions to meet project objectives.
- Works closely with leadership to provide these services and will lead cross-functional, cross-divisional teams to achieve desired outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Participates in the coaching, mentoring, and training of others.
- Bachelor's degree in business and 5 years of related experience, i.e. experience working on or leading projects in a health care setting or in a setting requiring these same skills and ability, or 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and deliver customer expectations.
- Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills, adapting approach as needed.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation and relationship building skills.
- Proven ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and transform into project-level strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions as needed.
- For Health Management: Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, public health, health science, health promotion, and 7 years of related experience, i.e. experience working on or leading projects in a health care setting or in a setting requiring these same skills and ability, or 11 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
