POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of this position are employee onboarding administration as well as providing HRIS platforms support to employees and managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Employee Onboarding Administration
Regulatory Reporting such as Census, Bureau of Labor Statistics, EEO-1
Assist with payroll budgeting and reporting
Assist with drafting employment documents
Provide HRIS platforms support to employees and managers
Respond to personnel file requests, subpoenas, etc.
Participate in compensation surveys to include compiling and interpreting results
Act as a subject matter expert in HRIS platforms to include UKG core, onboarding, recruiting, etc.
Design and maintain Business Intelligence/People Analytics reporting in Cognos Analytics and other tools
Assist with maintaining HRIS & enterprise application data integrations SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

2- or 4-year degree in a business related field preferred
Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms is required, UKG Pro (UltiPro) preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Entry level knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required
Ability to compile information and calculate basic mathematical results accurately such as totals, percentages, differences, etc. About Us: Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
