Patient Services Representative
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for greeting clinic customers and assisting them in access to clinic services. Provides verbal and written communication within the clinic to provide patients with the necessary appointments and services. Prepares the necessary forms or prior authorizations needed to complete a patient's visit to a health care provider.
Monday - Friday (days; with occasional nights and weekends)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or general education degree; six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
+ 2 year AA degree preferred.
+ Medical Terminology and computer experience preferred.
