Pay: $23.00/hr
Job Duties:

Mix various products on the batching system and homogenizer carefully following mix instructions so as to produce a quality product with minimal waste.
Proficiently complete CIP and COP of silos, lines, tanks, homogenizer, and related equipment to ensure cleanliness of equipment and passing scores on inspections/audits.
Understand and demonstrate to employee owners the requirements of koshering and perform the necessary procedures on all equipment.
Adhere to proper sanitation and product safety guidelines throughout the plant by practicing good housekeeping, maintaining quality of products, and preventing contamination of ingredients and finished product.
Maintain proper documentation of mixing, homogenization, and pasteurization processes according to outside agency guidelines as well as in-house procedures.
