Job Details
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. There will be approximately 19 working hours per week. $12.00/hour.
Is directly accountable and responsible to the Instructional Technology Coordinator.
Responsible for providing assistance for audiovisual equipment and site and technical coordination for the IVN Center.
DUTIES:
- Troubleshoots and provides site assistance to faculty, staff, students and others.
- Answers the phone & provide assistance.
- Monitoring the daily schedule of IVN classes.
- Test proctoring for the IVN classes as needed.
- Operating and maintaining technical equipment under the guidance of the Instructional Technology Coordinator.

- Continuously - 66-100% - Use hands dexterously, talk or hear.
- Frequently - 34-65% - Stand, walk, or sit.
- Occasionally - 1-33% - Reach with hands and arms, stoop/kneel/crouch or crawl, climb or balance, or lift up to 35 pounds.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent computer software skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, e-mail and electronic calendar, etc.), strong internet familiarity and excellent keyboarding skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain composure and stability in the electronic classroom when problems arise.
- Ability to communicate and work well with a variety of people using excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the operation of a technical equipment/or smart classroom.
- Experience in the operating, installation and maintenance of technical equipment.
