Restaurant Shift Lead Responsibilities:

? Be a Role Model to new Team Members

? Provide excellent Customer Service

? Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures

? Maintain and foster Company Culture

? Slice, Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread)

? Operate cash register (Cashier)

? Maintain store cleanliness

? Maintain Food Safety

? Maintain Workplace and Equipment Safety

? Train team members, run shifts

? Assist with recruiting efforts

? Attend weekly store meetings

Restaurant Shift Lead Requirements:

? Must be 18+

? Preferred restaurant management experience

? Must be a good coach to develop team

? Must be coachable

? Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues

? Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing

? Must be computer proficient
