The Minneapolis Area has an exciting career opportunity for an Operations Supervisor. Seeking a personable, dedicated individual to schedule Security Officers in the field and to assist with payroll. This position is fast paced with a heavy focus on scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered and is responsible for maintaining staffing levels. In this role, communication is critical with team members to provide updates on scheduling progress and forecasting.

Operations Supervisor Requirements High School Diploma High Level Computer Skills 2 years of previous management, military, law enforcement, or security experience Planning, organizing and leadership skills Oral and written communication skills Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines Calm, polite, and professional behavior Reliable and self-motivated Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
