Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting Daily Management Rigor, in support of operational excellence and continuous improvement

* Supporting Strategy Deployment, in support of transformational objectives and initiatives

* Driving implementation of Lean Continuous Improvement methods, with accountability for business results

* Training, Coaching and Mentoring of Lean Continuous improvement methods, to develop organizational competency

* Analyzing, Value Stream Mapping and Modeling our current and future state, to identify opportunities, entitlements, targets

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 7-year industrial experience, working in a process intensive manufacturing & global supply chain environment

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering or supply chain management

* Strong practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methods

* Demonstrated skills in change leadership, influence, communication

* Strong organizational skills, ability to break down complex topics into simple actionable messages

* Strong strategic thinking, ability to thing and align long term and short-term objectives

* Experience in a teaching, coaching, mentoring capacity
