Nurse - LPN or RN - Part Time

A full list of open positions is located at the end of this posting.About the Position:Our skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care, is looking for an individual to bring their high-quality clinical skills and can-do attitude to our team of nursing professionals. The successful candidate can be either a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered, and will be responsible for providing assistance to our rehab, geriatric, and or/memory care populations including coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing care, providing treatments, administering medications and assisting with activities of daily living as needed. An expert in any chronic geriatric disease is a plus, but we will train the right fit for our team! Our nurses also play an active role in the success of our Nurse Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medication Assistants, and Support Aids by inspiring confidence, as well as providing guidance and leadership when necessary. The part time and full time positions have every other weekend and every other holiday off. Requirements:* Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.* Current CPR certification.* Previous experience working one-on-one with residents in long term care preferred. * Background checks are ran after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.Preferred Qualifications:* Previous experience working in long term care or previous acute care experienceOur Wages:* For Registered Nurses: Starting wage is $34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.* For Licensed Practical Nurses: Starting wage is $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.* We pay for high performance!
