InterVision Company is seeking a Deals Desk Analyst responsible for providing support to the Sales Organization on standard and complex Service deal structures. This role is critical and responsible for actively working with Sales, Legal, Professional Services, and other cross functional teams on deal structuring and commercial terms for non-standard transactions. This position reports to the Manager, Deals Desk.


This role will directly contribute to optimizing the speed and efficiency of the Services transaction and will be responsible for data integrity, meeting revenue and margin thresholds, and coordinating teams on behalf of Sales for proposal delivery and increasing deal velocity.

This person will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, manage projects/deadlines, and quickly identify errors and discrepancies between contracts and system-of-record data, responding appropriately to solve underlying issues.


To be effective in this role, the candidate needs to be attentive to detail in a dynamic work environment, balancing multiple projects and work activities.

Strong communication, organization, documentation, and analytical skills are required to fulfill the duties expected of this position.

  • Bachelors or Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years related experience and background in a Deals Desk position in a multitasking environment, preferably within a technology or services environment
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition and order process principles
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
  • Highly analytical, solutions-focused
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-functional situations
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Expert skills in Excel, with experience in Salesforce or Similar CPQ tools
  • Incredibly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a remote organization


Some of the exciting work you will encounter:

  • Collaborate with Sales to improve the Deals Desk process at InterVision
  • Partner cross-functionally and serve as key liaison and escalation point for sales, account management, finance, and legal on all deal-related topics
  • Ensure Service opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce, auditing Service opportunities and validating the inclusion of appropriate legal and proposal documents
  • Act as sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing-related matters
  • Assist with operational process improvements to increase the effectiveness of Deals Desk
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all Deals Desk processes
  • Manage any required sales contract amendments and addendums
  • Build and maintain insightful Deals Desk related dashboards for cross-functional use
  • Manage overall data quality/hygiene and ongoing processes to support data quality
