System One is currently seeking a Project Setup Coordinator on a 12-month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

This position will be with our client, a utility holding company serving more than 3.3 million electric customers and 1.8 million natural gas customers.

Project Setup Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Work with and communicate with department leadership
• Communicate and coordinate between multiple departments within and outside of the company
• Job closeouts including materials and variance reconciliation, project setup for field personnel, dispatch

Project Setup Coordinator Requirements:

• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• SAP Experience (desirable)
• Attention to Detail, Critical Reasoning, Accuracy
• Office Support
• Role could expand based on knowledge, experience and workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Office
• No travel

Duration: 12-months
