Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking Customer Service Specialist for our valued client located in Beaver Dam!
Do enjoy helping people in times of potential emergency and crisis?
We are looking for dynamic individuals to work with clients over the phone, gather pertinent information and complete necessary paperwork.
Shift: 1st; 8: 00am - 4: 30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $15.00/hr.
Job Duties of Customer Service Specialist:
??? Take inbound and place outbound calls to answer questions and gather pertinent information
??? Advocate for client with various companies
??? Verify information and accurately process paperwork in a timely fashion
