A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEAMLESS SIDING INSTALLER TRAINEEAs a Seamless Siding Installer Trainee, you work from approximately 8:00 AM 3:30 PM, Monday Friday, so you report bright and early, ready to take on the day. As a trainee, you are in the state of learning everything you can! You work side by side with the crew learning to plan, measure, cut, and install seamless siding on homes. You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to. You go out in the field with experienced installers, as their helper, and they mentor and train you on everything from roofing and siding, to how to professionally interact with our clients.You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow team members. You enjoy expanding your knowledge and skills.
