Scott's Lumbers mission has always been to offer quality lumber and home improvement products to our clients for their construction projects. We are currently looking for a dynamic Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our Britton, SD team.

How you will spend you days as a Kitchen & Bath Design:

* Soliciting new accounts, conducting job site visits, and prospecting for new projects

* Greeting clients to the design center, assessing clients needs, and assisting the customer with product selection

* Designing to spec and customer requests

* Conducting pre-construction site inspections and measurements

* Conducting bid and prep proposal functions

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:

* Construction and/or Industry experience a plus but not required.

* Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and sense of urgency skill set is a must

* Ability to interpret customer ideas into realistic plans

* Articulate deadlines, expectations and needs with vendors, customers and management

* Ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environment

* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can be redirected

* Proven sales and operations management experience
