As the Senior Generalist, Human Resources Employee Investigations, you'll be responsible for identifying potential compliance violations by conducting internal investigations regarding employee relations complaints, legal issues, dishonesty and other possible violations. If you're excited about the challenge of working for a rapidly growing global company, we have an opportunity for you at GXO.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Manage investigative intake, including assessing reports from multiple platforms, analyzing the potential risk impact and creating cases for investigation in the company case management systemManage employment compliance programs, including employment verification processes, accurate tracking and timely follow-through with employment-related documentation and re-verification activitiesEngage site leadership throughout the life cycle of an investigation to ensure program compliance requirementsLead complex compliance and employee relations investigations; effectively summarize findings and mitigation opportunities in written reportsServe as the HR liaison to investigation stakeholders including Human Resources, Internal Audit, Safety, Security and Digital ForensicsWork directly with business partners and associated stakeholders to continuously enhance the investigative processDeliver investigative and compliance training as neededWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience2 years of HR experience, including employee relations investigative experienceExperience working in HRIS and time/attendance systemsExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Availability to travel up to 25% of the timeIt'd be great if you also have:Professional HR certification5 years of employment compliance and employee relations investigative experienceBilingual English/SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audienceBe part of something big.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
