Details, Details, Details! We are hiring a Benefits Specialist to join our Edgewood Healthcare Human Resources team!   If you love to keep things organized, are an exceptional multi-tasker and have a welcoming, fun attitude, we have the role for you on our team!

As a Benefits Specialist at Edgewood, you would provide assistance to all locations on various employee benefits, assist with administration of existing programs including day to day inquiries and reconciling of monthly billings,  support the leave of absence case administration and coordinate employee education through training and materials.  You would also play a key role on the HR team by providing support through reporting, comparing and analyzing information and tracking accuracy in related HR data.

Minimum Requirements

 

If you are a highly organized  DOER  that has experience and/or a strength and passion for the following key areas, we invite you to apply today and learn more about this exciting role: 
  • Associate's degree in related field, required. 
  • 1-3 years of related HR or employee benefits administration experience. 
  • Ability to work independently, but also as an effective team-member 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use and train on a variety of HRIS systems.
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
