CareLinx is seeking a Product Content Specialist who will be responsible for creating, updating, and delivering quality product education content that will achieve key company goals. These videos, help articles, and screencasts will guide customers through our product journey, from a senior hiring a caregiver, to a nurse completing their vetting to work at a Covid-testing facility.
This important role is critical in improving customer experience, driving product adoption, and scaling self-service support. This position is a full-time remote position and will report to the VP of Product.
Responsibilities
??? Manage CareLinx customer knowledge help center, including creation and development of new and existing content in collaboration with product, marketing and operations.
??? Produce stimulating and engaging content, including Q&A articles, animated gifs, short videos, screencasts, training webinars, that delights customers and addresses their pain points.
??? Create audio and visual recordings of product ???ows to further enhance customer understanding.
??? Turn work???ow insights and solutions into concise, repeatable content that all customers can take advantage of via automated chatbots.
??? De???ne and manage processes for stakeholder approvals, updates and revisions to education content.
??? Develop and implement other educational tools e.g. in app learning, community forum.
??? Improve and report to executives on key metrics that demonstrate success of educational content in driving product adoption and self-service support.
Requirements
??? 2+ years experience in e-learning, content production, marketing, design or similar.
??? Write clearly, succinctly and with empathy.
??? Strong verbal and written communications skills and a great storyteller.
??? Talent for simplifying and explaining abstract concepts.
??? Experience editing video/screencasts, with examples you're proud of to show us.
??? Experience with voice-overs (or spoken on tv/radio), and have examples to show us.
??? Exceptional attention to detail.
??? Experience with the following tools or similar, with a willingness to learn more:
??? Loom, CloudApp, Figma, Intercom, Google Docs/Sheets
??? Remote full-time.
