Shift: 1st shift, 8: 00am-5: 00pm OT required
Pay: $19.00-$23.00
Job Duties of the Customer Service Account Manager:
Handling sales and customer requests including quotes, projects and invoicing
Promoting customer retention
Coordinating sales with stakeholders
Work to generate new sales by cross-selling or upselling
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
