The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately, managing incoming telephone calls, assisting to maintaining security and upkeep of SharePoint telecommunications system. The Administrative Assistance is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Core Job Responsibilities (others may be added): Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains company communications web page, Climate Zone App and monitors. Coordinates company blood drives, safety shoe/ glass programs, along with other special supplier visits . Contributes to Team Konnect, United Way & Health Wellness Team efforts by creating event communications and participation. Supports physical inventory with data entry and catering support. Enter purchase orders and resolve invoices in Coupa for EHS and Facilities. Support Daily DC Ops report metrics. Provide catering support for skip level, birthday lunches, holiday celebrations or other special events.
