Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved Dietary Manager’s course that meets the requirements for state and federal long-term care regulations OR have the ability to complete the course in a timeframe determined by the care center Administrator.
