Maintenance Manager - 1st Shift, Direct Hire

If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Maintenance Manager, in New Berlin, WI. Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience managing a staff of 20 individuals and can be a hands on manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 12 to 20 employees comprised of field service technicians, inside service technicians, rebuild technicians, and assemblers
• Maintain and communicate all metrics for service monthly meetings
• Attend and participate in weekly management meetings as required
• Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure service technicians success

Requirements and Education:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Technical field or equivalent industry experience and/or 3-5 years of Service Department management experience.
• Able to perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize a deviation from accepted practice.
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Able to write complex reports without supervision and develop new procedures where needed.
• Able to clearly communicate problems and observations with management from other departments.
• Proficient in creating and utilizing spreadsheets and usage of ERP Systems
