We are currently seeking a compassionate, driven individual to join our team as a Memory Care Manager.  In this role at Edgewood, you would be responsible for providing services in accordance with state regulations and company policy, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.  You would perform various activities (non-clinical) to maintain budget and census, manage recruiting, collaborate on education and retention of staff.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred.
• Experience in managing staff, health care setting preferred.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
