Finance brings together enterprise functions that drive Wells Fargo's financial management, including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance, asset-liability management, treasury, tax management, and the company's investment portfolios. They also inform shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines.

Senior consultant to Business Line and enterprise functions on matters related to financial analysis and reporting, forecasting analysis of key financial metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews. Responsible for providing complex financial analysis and translating into succinct message for various Business Partners. Works with business partners to collect internal financial data, analyzes, tests for accuracy, identifies and resolves problems; performs basic variance and trend analyses. Supports operational aspects of work that may include maintaining ledger accounts to ensure accurate maintenance of financial data in various tools/systems. Prepares data and assists in analysis on product line/operational/strategic plans. Communicator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to present financial analysis to varying levels of executive leadership. Establishes and maintains effective & efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards. Leads implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business. Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and may support implementation of key risk initiatives.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting



Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
  • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including high level of proficiency in modeling
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, forecasting and analyzing interest income and balance sheet behavior



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with APPTIO, STAMP, Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
  • Experience with Hardware, Software, and Professional Services expenses
  • Recent experience with current principles, practices and toolsets for the finance industry


Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

SD-Sioux Falls: Min: $75,600 Mid: $108,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000
PA-Philadelphia: Min: $92,400 Mid: $132,000
