Apruve is a fast growing financial technology startup that is venture backed by Tier 1 investors from both coasts. We are an electric group of talented developers, goofy marketers, and savvy sales individuals and are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to help support our sales team with outbound and inbound sales activities.


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Actively prospect targeted accounts
  • Screen inbound calls and contact sales requests for fit with our ideal client profile.
  • Monitor and manage Chat
  • Continuously develop and maintain prospect lists / database
  • Support marketing execution including weekly follow up with targeted accounts that have shown intent data.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise message about Apruve's value and ROI
  • Work with team of Account Executives to develop and execute account based marketing and sales development strategies
  • Up to the challenge to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meetings, call objectives, etc.


Basic Qualifications

  • College degree preferred. This is designed to be an entry level position to grow into a more senior sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with regards to grammar, note taking in our CRM and phone skills.
  • Devotion to continuous professional development.
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed outbound prospecting objectives.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Self starter, self motivator.
  • Creative thinker. Able to contribute to the larger sales and marketing strategy conversation.
  • Excited to be in a startup where things are constantly changing.


Compensation


  • Base + monthly bonus for hitting targeted outbound + bonus based on revenue generation.
  • Participate in stock options & ownership in the business
  • Apruve pays 50% toward your monthly healthcare premiums
  • 401K. No matching today, but we hope to in the future.
  • No formal vacation policy. We encourage work life balance. We are also all currently working remotely due to Covid 19.
