About the Role:

As a Manager of the Project Management team within Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers to drive consistency within our projects, identify areas of improvement, and act as a liaison to the product, security, and sales teams within Arctic Wolf

The Manager of the Project Management team is critical to the success of the team by coaching, leading, and interacting with their Project Managers, the Deployment Engineering team and the Customer Success management team. This will be done by having a high aptitude in project management, knowledge of our workflow and processes, and business acumen. The character and competency you instill into the project management team is a critical component to this role. You are creative and a self-starter - always looking for ways to improve processes and create a better customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Act as a direct manager for the Customer Success Project Management Team (PM)
* Lead, recruit and manage a high-performance PM team to help onboarding new and expanding customers.
* Monitoring, reviewing, and coaching the Customer Success PM team, including weekly 1x1 sessions to monitor project progress.
* Annual performance reviews where applicable
* Review, modify and implement recommended project manager training
* Drive process consistency and accuracy for all deployment team members.
* Work with the Arctic Wolf product teams to provide input and collaborate on product needs and requirements from a customer perspective
* Act as a point of escalation between customers and internal teams such as Security Services, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to solve deployment process and workflow problems and propose new feature development
* Engage with multiple constituents at the customer organization - Business and IT
* Be an advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating with leadership
* Act as working manager, retain some project work for strategic customers
* Track overall project metrics and deployment team performance
* Report Weekly overall team metrics
* Identify and develop measurements / metrics to improve customer time to value
* Weekly focus on delayed / stalled customer projects
* Perform other projects and responsibilities, as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years in a management role, preferably managing a professional services project management team
* Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a deployment / project management / implementation role.
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management, and attention to detail
* Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills
* Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
