YOUR ROLE

  • The Head of Channel Management will work remote, and be responsible for developing, driving and owning the North America (US, CA and Mexico) sales distribution and channel partners for Henkel's Furniture and Building Component products/solutions.
  • You will set the overall North America distribution/channel partner strategy that aligns with the overall business sales/growth targets.
  • Externally you will be the face of the Alternative Channel Business where you will engage with and work with long standing Distribution Partners at multiple levels within their organizations.
  • Develop establish new Alternative Channel Partners to develop new channel solutions and to address market voids and geographic voids.
  • Monitor performance metrics of channel partners and provide coaching/training when improvement is needed.
  • Travel an average of 50%.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in business, sales, technical, and or channel management in a b2b manufacturing environment is required.
  • Experience and familiarity with the adhesives, furniture, windows, doors, flooring, mattress or other building components industry is desired but not required.
  • Successful negotiation experience at a senior level, including Business Owners, Founders and Senior Leaders.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French a Plus.
  • Ability to travel an average of 50% is required.
