YOUR ROLE

  • Manage Technical Key Account Management (TKAM) team, and work with Key Account Managers, globally, to maximize sales growth for Henkel Aviation, Space, and Rail (ASR).
  • Develops a technical strategy and direction for TKAM's, key markets, applications, product lines, and Key Accounts to achieve business goals.
  • Engage key customer decision makers, and corporate strategy, to align technology development plans.
  • Identifies relevant global industry/customer specifications and ensures Henkel compliance.
  • Identifies global market trends and needs including competitive threats
  • This is a home-based position, and the candidate should live close to a major customer location: Seattle, WA, St. Louis, MO or Charleston, SC.


YOUR SKILLS

  • 7+ years' experience in Account Management, Program Management, or Technical Service Management required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related Technical field is required - MBA preferred.
  • Direct report management experience is required.
  • Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, chemical surface treatment, electronics adhesives, and/or heavy industrial adhesives is required.
  • Experience with Aerospace Industry materials processing, and part manufacturing preferred.
  • The ability to manage a global team remotely is essential.
  • Ability to travel an average of 35% (domestic with some international travel).
