Digital Customer Experience IT Manager / Architect

Based in our Austin, TX, St Louis, MO, Boulder, CO or Eden Prairie, MN location, you will be responsible for eCommerce and related information systems architecture strategy, operations activities, including deploying technology resources that provide modern, secure, stable, and effective solutions that achieve or exceed operational and strategic goals. You will make decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.), align personnel to achieve enterprise objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.You will confer with peers in platform and enterprise information systems areas to coordinate activities and present KPI progress reports to governance and stakeholders.

AS AN IT MANAGER, YOU WILL: Directly support the Digital Customer Experience portfolio architecture and teams in Engineering Tools and eCommerce Online Store
Conduct architectural reviews and own the strategic roadmap which includes the following core Technologies: HCL Commerce, MuleSoft, Integration patterns for online Engineering Tools, Oracle/ERP EBS integration
Leverage Azure CI/CD pipeline, Git Hub, understanding of security vulnerabilities, Selenium, SQL, XML, and Java in support of the software development lifecycle
Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better IT solutions that support and drive business decisions.
Provide system architectural leadership on systems within the portfolio area; responsible for the prioritization process for technical enablers and architectural runway
Coordinate implementation and use of technology-based tools following the SAFe agile framework
Responsible for timely performance reviews and salary plan administration; responsible for departmental budget and vendor contract negotiations WHO YOU ARE:You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
