Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable and Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling and managing the daily and monthly accounts receivable activities. Additional duties include assisting Accounts Payable processes, managing the lease files and general filing along with other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
Duties:

-Produce monthly and one time billing for property management tenants and corporate clients in designated accounting systems. All billing must be processed accurately and timely.
-Enter daily cash receipts for property management tenants and corporate clients
-Manage and assist with monthly collections for outstanding balances from property management tenants and corporate clients and update record with collection notes
-Assist in the setting up and updating leases in accounting system
-Maintain electronic and paper lease files
-Generate property management letters for annual tenant OPE and OPE Reconciliation amounts
-Capture CPI records and enter into accounting system
-Monitor scheduled rent increases, update billing system with new rent amounts, prepare and distribute rent increase letters to tenants
-Enter and track, through completion, all tenant related lease notes within the accounting system

Knowledge:
-Highschool diploma with at least 3 years of account receivable experience with knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
