Accountable for project management and process excellence activities and principles. Lead multiple operational teams to design and implement new systems that improve quality, safety, efficiency, productivity and cost reduction. Responsible for the coordination, communication, training, facilitation and coaching of leaders and teams as continuous improvement systems are implemented and sustained.# Keeps current of industry best practices and recommends as appropriate. # Education and Experience: Bachelor#s degree required. 3-5 years like experience required. # Certification, Licensure, and Registrations: Certification in project management or LEAN/Six Sigma.
