Project Assistant
$52.32hr
Description:
Coordinates and provides support for program efforts with an emphasis on metrics and reporting. Tasks associated with running programs, tracking engagement efforts, update documentation on roles and processes, PowerPoints, meeting notes, tracking and documenting tasks, reports, updating processes with stakeholders.
This role supports the training and change management function by helping to track as well as create metrics for the team to better understand potential issues and develop strategies to address.
Qualifications ???
Skills in data analysis and analytical problem solving ??? Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines ??? Work experience demonstrating superior written and oral communication skills ??? Ability to manage multiple assignments in a timely and quality manner ??? Excel proficiency required Typically requires 3-5 years of project support experience.
