The commercial Credit Analyst is responsible for analyzing and commercial business and/or personal financial data collected for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing commercial credit facilities. Participate in and present summary reports for bank, business unit leadership regarding support of all lending groups.

Responsibilities include:

Analysis of increasingly complex commercial credit requests including credit and financial information of business and individuals to determine the degree of risk associates with the extension of credit.

* Manages due diligence and loan documentation efforts including collateral analysis of current and prospective customers.

* Prepares and conducts Credit Approval Presentations ("CAPs") including summarizing and reporting trends and presentation to Bank's Credit Committees.

* Responsible for loan monitoring and testing requirements. Assist in the closing of loans and reviewing and maintaining credit files and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree. Preferably in a business related field such as accounting or finance.

* Minimum of 3 years of commercial banking (C&I) experience or commercial relationship management experience is required. Formal credit training is a preferred but not required

* Sound understanding of commercial credit analysis techniques including cash flow, evaluation of collateral and is able to make timely decisions in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
