SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to perform regular nuclear medicine stress tests at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo. This is a part-time .50 FTE opportunity. Additional details:

The Opportunity

• Part-time position working Monday-Friday, four hours per day.
• Must be flexible to work mornings, daytime shifts along with longer hours as needed to meet patient need.
• Experience preferred in performing regular nuclear medicine stress tests. Will train the correct candidate.
• Potential exists for some Saturday hours in the future.
• Work closely with a technician along with strong interactions with emergency physicians, hospitalists and other referral sources.
• Competitive part-time salary as well as comprehensive benefits, prorated based on FTE.

The Hospital

• SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital, is a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 3 trauma ER coverage which is contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians; there is 24/7 Hospitalist coverage; full lab and pathology services; average 300 deliveries/yr.
• The ICU consists of 6 beds and the hospital contracts with e-ICU Telemedicine

Baraboo, a picturesque community of just over 10,000, is nestled in the rolling hills of Sauk County in South Central Wisconsin. Located just 40 miles north of Madison.
