The HR Assistant & Payroll Specialist is responsible for compiling and entering payroll data including calculating and processing Company driver settlements. In addition, the HR Assistant/Specialist will assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
??? Processing all employee status changes in ADP.
??? Maintaining and understanding payroll benefit policies and deductions in ADP, including monitoring information for annual ACA reporting.
??? Maintaining and verifying employee
??? Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation; ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of files.
??? Assisting with new hire orientation and employee status changes.
??? Communicating with employees regarding annual notices, special events, Company initiatives, safety reminders, and/or other Company news per the direction of the HR Manager.
??? Performing periodic audits on HR files/functions to ensure accuracy.
??? Working with the HR team to promote organizational goals through HR
