Harlow's is expanding its operation throughout South Dakota. We are looking for dedicated and committed individuals who can help our company obtain its goal by providing quality and efficient transportation service to various schools and organizations throughout the Black Hills. Those who currently possess a CDL license are preferred, but we will train non CDL applicants.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid and/or eligible to hold a CDL drivers license to operate a school bus as required by State Law with passenger "P", school bus "S" endorsement with no airbrake restriction and a good driving record. Drivers must comply with part 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and obtain/ sustain US DOT Medical Examiners Certificate. Obtain/ sustain First Aid/CPR certification upon hire if required.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Qualifications: Must pass a drug/alcohol screen; and criminal background check. Candidate must also be a minimum of 21 years old.

Quantity: Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

Attendance/Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
