As a Senior Manager with RBC Wealth Management, you will lead and manage the Treasury Operations department through time sensitive, complex and/or highly specialized processes to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds the established industry and company standards for service, innovation and professionalism. Drive standardization, automation and process improvements while serving as a strong business partner Oversee day to day operations which includes Cash Management related activities Maintain a working knowledge of Cash management related policies, procedures and service level agreements Active role in talent management life cycle includes goal setting, year-end employee reviews Promote client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members Identify and execute on team training Gather and analyze metrics and reporting related to service quality, operating costs and overall effectiveness of the team What do you need to succeed?Must-have 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR high school diploma (or equivalent) AND 5+ years of securities, banking, technology and/or job specific industry experience. 5+ years prior securities, banking, technology industry and/or job specific related experience. Securities or Financial Services Industry regulatory and audit experience. Working knowledge and understanding of brokerage operations, vendor management and/or systems experience. Securities license 7 or 99 (or able to obtain license within 120 days). 5+ years demonstrated and sound experience leading and managing a team. Demonstrated aptitude in building, directing and leading individuals and teams. Proven ability to attract, develop, mentor and retain top talent. Proven change leadership and change management skills. Strong relationship management and managerial skills dealing with all parts of platform and all levels of senior management.
